"This is a great apartment. It is extremely well equipped and really is a, 'home from home'. It is in a central position, everything is within easy walking distance and there is a good guide in the apartment for local bars and restaurants etc. The property was very clean and smelled beautiful when we opened the door. There are lots of nice touches, the complimentary toiletries in a dispenser in the bathroom was an unexpected bonus. It is obviously well maintained having everything you could want in a good condition. The apartment overlooks the street, so does get noisy especially when nearby bars and restaurants close. We loved the Queen City Grill where we had a high quality special occasion dinner for a reasonable price, and the Athenian in Pike Place Market is great value for superb food, (also a scene from Sleepless in Seattle was filmed there). "Stayed here January 27-30, 2011 for a second time. There are two aspects to this rental that are perfect and the primary concerns for renters: location and convienence. The location can't be beat! It is easy to get to everything by foot, bus and car. I love the running path that is just 3 blocks west and right along the water....how much more Seattle does that get looking at the Olympics and the kelp floatng along as you run with the ferry boats pulling out? Most of all we loved the neighborhood! Belltown is truly the hip urban spot to be, with all the trendy restaurants and clubs, and the Pike's Place Market within easy walking distance.
